UNDERSTANDING THE MEDICARE PART D PRESCRIPTION PAYMENT PLAN
No one likes the feeling of dread that can arise at the beginning of the year when you visit your pharmacy in January, when you know the costs of your medications and your Part D plan has increased its rates from last year. This really can be a stressful experience for many senior Medicare beneficiaries. But a new option unveiled a few years ago may be something you haven't heard of. This option is called the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan, or MPPP.
